Tracks

GentRacing got an trackeditor to allow every user to draw/build his own track. Every track file is stored as a compressed *.grt file which is licensed under the creative common license CC0. Each track is based on:

  • Texturefile
  • Heightmapfile
  • XML File which holds all importand informations (especially the objects)

Offical Tracks

Very popular tracks (votes) could be marked as "official" track for GentRacing, which means that this track is allowed to collect XP, Competitive-Points for official Rankings. All other tracks are free to use and could be used in private leagues or competitions too, of course.
