Speed limiter checkpoints Entry checkpoint slows the car down, exiting checkpoint speeds it back up to race speed

What I am suggesting are two new checkpoints coloured red (for entry) and green for (exit) to be placed in editor. We can have 3 options: a. OFF (arcade mode) b. ON (auto mode) - speed in decreased and increased automatically) c)ON (expert/auto mode) - user configures a key for speed limiter and failing to slow down or open speed before will result in some type of penalty.

Going in pits with full speed does not make sense as we will bump in each other/objects and kill all the pit crew men.
